  We made an appointment and waited for hours to have a simple tire replacement only to have to leave without getting anything done. There were a half dozen cars scheduled with no one to change the tires in a timely fashion. After 4 hours of being there and 3 hours after our appointment time, the same cars were on the rack as when we arrived. We had no choice but to leave. Also, there were over a hundred dollars in additional charges above the quote we were willing to pay just to get our terrible tires replaced. And still we had to leave with no service and terrible customer service all around. I'll never go back there. Thisis my second horrible experience at this location.
