  The only good thing was the friendliness, courtesy an efficiency of the new phlebotomist, an older white lady. As we had already made the appointment and pre-checked online we went straight to the check-in kiosk as previously instructed online, by email and by text messages. The younger white woman that appeared to be covering on 03/13/2018 the reception area was immediately unfriendly and curt, not even welcoming with a "good morning" but ordering us to not use the check-in kiosk but to sign a list where other patients names were visible. The TV on the wall of the waiting area has been off during this and previous visits. No comment cards have been found next to the patients comments box. They do not seem to appreciate patients as clients, consumers and customers of their healthcare services. Totally different from my good experiences with Quest Labs in this city but I had to use LabCorp as they are the contracted provider with my insurance.
