  these guys will tell you anything to get you to come in but when you do the "deal" has mysteriously expired. i got a deal in writing and was told to come back in 2 weeks to pick up my new phones. i show up on that very day and he tells me it will now cost an extra $100. these guys run a classic bait and switch operation. there are plenty of other metro pcs stores in winter haven. i suggest skipping these jackasses.
