  I have banked with Midflorida for over 5 years and although they are not the best banking institution, I am still surprised by what happened to me this afternoon.
  
  I'm trying to settle a fee dispute and I had a CSR Maria tell me that I have something wrong in my brain after I stated that I am being treated a certain way due to the way I look (hair not neat and not dressed as neat as I could be). She assumed that I was speaking of my hue. Wow!!! When I asked her did she just say that, she lied repeatedly.
  
  She also kept cutting me off while I tried to speak. I could not answer her questions at all because she would not allow me to answer. After she realized she was in the wrong, she tried to back track.
  
  I explained what happened to the manager Don and he was not helpful or empathetic at all. His words: "I don't know what you want me to say". He was laughing almost the entire time.
  
  Word of advice, go to another branch or put your money with a different bank.
