  Lake Wales sheriffs department police offices smoke cigarettes in their vehicles and after incidents on properties. You guys are criminals. How dare you walk on people's property doing what you want abusing the power of law. You guys are protect each other there was no way to make a complaint against something like this. All the police officers act like children joking around while on a call on the job. How can you guys continuously hire young man even 19 year olds Who don't even understand the concept of reality yet haven't fully made themselves up yet. when becoming a sheriff takes discipline and many years of experience in the police force that is your biggest mistake. I once got a ticket by a young man in Lake Wales and he told me don't even bother going to court because I win every case. OFFICER CHRISTIAN. You guys need to stop hiring young guys because to be a sheriff requires a lot more. Last thing I remember you need experience on your belt in order to be a sheriff but since you guys are so desperate just to hire anyone go ahead let's hire a bunch more for officers go ahead and continue hiring the munchkins. I could guarantee you everyone is laughing right now and think that this story is funny . But the reality of it is being ignored.
