  I never even made it to the doctor! I found them in network for my insurance. I walked in and stated “ hello, this is my first time here”, the receptionist asked for my name. Then proceeded to say you don’t have an appointment with such disgust (shaking her head and rolling her eyes) . Nothing more was said or asked! How about you ask me what my issue were and to schedule an appointment !! So unprofessional, no where was a sign posted that they do not take walk-ins.
  I didn’t understand what the issue was when from the beginning I stated it was my 1st Time here in your establishment.
  The Doctor’s might have been good doctors but I was not given the opportunity to find out.
