  Every associate I spoke with did not care whatsoever about helping me they pointed to an area and said we might have what your looking for I try to order online and they tell me go do it on your phone offering no help as to how to do it or what to even order. They didn't answer any of my questions with answers they completely wasted my time and made me feel stupid for even asking for there help. This store sucks anyone going to staples avoid the one on first street in winter haven. None of the associates are helpful especially in the customer service department.
