  This company is awful! Probably the most unprofessional finance company I’ve ever been involved with. I have tried to reach multiple staff members of their company on numerous occasions over the span of two months and can’t seem to get any details on the status of my application. When you do get a hold of someone they tell you they need to check with someone else. They have taken the processing fee and after that nothing has happened. I would stay away if I were any potential customer.

  I have worked closely with Vertical Lending for years. Vertical has always been able to find the best loan product and offers excellent fees and rates consistently to me and my clients. From the title insurance and closing perspective I have seen Vertical, close small FHA mortgages to Multimillion dollar jumbo loans. First time home-buyers to savvy real estate investors, even elders that obtained a reverse mortgage, the attention and detail is consistently outstanding with each loan.
