  Is there a way to rate -1,000,000,000!!!!!! Never again!!! Be aware! Read!!! Very horrible!!!! I have never experienced such rude customer service in my life. They stated the air guy would be able to come out repeatedly until finally 12:30am hit and they said sorry he will have to come in the morning keep in mind I have to work at 6am!! When he comes he spends about five minutes and charges 80$$ right off the start. Never been this displeased in my life. Talked to boss he ended up hanging up on me and won't do anything to fix the problem told me it's a waste of his time, and staff told me it was common sense, I may be raised differently but you don't tell your customers rude comments like that. After collecting my money and me being very displeased they said they will no longer be doing business with me.
  So now I had to wait, had rude service, and I'm very unsatisfied. I would not use this company they don't care enough about their customers, exspecially not when they charge 80$ for about 15 min and without the man having to do any work. Never been this frustrated. Horrible. All I wanted was them to make it right somehow. Instead I got hung up on by the boss!!
